19 wall-penetration spots

Every CS map has signature wallbang spots — locations where a bullet through a wall, door, or thin barrier kills the target. Memorise these and you turn information advantage into kills without exposing yourself.

Ancient

  • Through the pillar to catch a CT holding from mid corner.

Anubis

  • AWP through the water area corner wall to catch a deep CT.

  • Iconic CS wallbang — through the long doors. AWPed for years.

Inferno

  • Catches T-side banana players holding behind the coffins. Iconic CT-side hold.

Mirage

  • Hits a planted T or post-plant defender on B default through the corner of the mid-cat building.

  • Through the wall onto A ramp to catch CT pushing ramp.

Penetration tips

  • ·AWP penetrates more material than rifles. AK > M4A4 > M4A1-S > UMP > pistols.
  • ·Wood doors take 1-2 AK rounds; concrete walls take 6+.
  • ·Crouch to get bullet height to chest level for kneeling defenders.
  • ·Damage falloff applies through walls too — don't try cross-map wallbangs.
  • ·Listen for the "wallbang ping" sound on hits to verify the spot works.
  • ·Your own bullet markers don't show through walls — count rounds carefully.
